The ICX679AKA is an interline CCD image sensor suitable for PAL color video cameras with a diagonal 4.5mm (Type 1/4) system. Compared with the current product (ICX649BKA), It is Can replace ICX649BKA.the horizontal pixels are increased and sensitivity, especially near infrared sensitivity, is improved through the adoption of EXview HAD CCD technology.This chip features a field period readout system and an electronic shutter with variable charge-storage time.This chip is suitable for applications such as surveillance cameras.
