The ISX019 is a System on Chip with the stacked structure consists of a high performance image sensor and a processing engine for automotive surround and rear view camera use.
1. The image sensor uses a back-illuminated pixeltechnology to realize high sensitivity and lownoise, and the logic chip realizes large-scale
circuit by state-of-the-art process in smaller chip with low power consumption.
2. High Dynamic Range (HDR) function is realized by digital overlap method of combining multipleframes on chip.
3. “Super Contrast” is one of the built-in function, which enhances the contrast of picture.
