描述
IMX377CQT是一款对角线7.81 mm (Type 1/2.3) CMOS图像传感器，具有彩色正方形像素阵列和大约12.35 M有效像素。12位数字输出，可输出约12.35 M有效像素的高清晰度信号，用于拍摄静止图像。
采用模拟2.8 V、数字1.2 V、I/O接口1.8 V三种供电电压，功耗低。
通过水平和垂直叠加和子采样，实现12位数字输出，拍摄高速高清的运动图像。该传感器具有灵敏度高、暗电流低的特点，并具有可变积分时间的电子快门功能。
此外，本产品是为消费性数码相机和消费性摄像机而设计的。当将此应用于其他应用时，索尼不保证产品的质量和可靠性。因此，除了消费者使用的数码相机和消费者使用的摄像机，不要将其用于其他应用。
此外，由于这是一个标准产品，因此不支持单独的规格更改。
