IMX185LQJ-C是一种对角线8.58 mm (Type 1/1.9) CMOS有源像素型固态图像传感器，具有方形像素阵列和2.38 M有效像素。该芯片采用模拟3.3 V、数字1.2 V和数字1.8 V三种电源供电，功耗低。采用R、G、B三原色镶嵌滤光片，实现高灵敏度、低暗电流、无涂片。这种芯片具有可变电荷积分时间的电子快门。(应用范围:监控摄像机，FA摄像机，工业摄像机)

IMX185LQJ-C Description
The IMX185LQJ-C is a diagonal 8.58 mm (Type 1/1.9) CMOS active pixel type solid-state image sensor witha square pixel array and 2.38 M effective pixels. This chip operates with analog 3.3 V, digital 1.2 V, and digital 1.8 Vtriple power supply, and has low power consumption. High sensitivity, low dark current and no smear are achievedthrough the adoption of R, G and B primary color mosaic filters. This chip features an electronic shutter with variablecharge-integration time.(Applications: Surveillance cameras, FA cameras, Industrial cameras)
