BF2507CS是一款高度集成、高性能、1/4英寸500万像素CMOS图像传感器(CIS),具有数字视频并行DVP和MIPI CSI-2(移动工业处理器接口相机串行接口2)兼容的接口。采用世界上zui先进的CMOS图像传感器工艺制作,实现超低暗噪声、高灵敏度、超低功耗的成像系统。
该CMOS传感器采用1/4英寸光学格式的2608×1952有源像素阵列。它集成了噪声抵消CDS(相关双采样)电路、可编程模拟全局增益和分离的R/G/B增益控制器、自动黑电平补偿和片上10位ADC。

The BF2507 is a highly integrated, high performance, 1/4-inch 5 Megapixel CMOS Image Sensor (CIS) with digital video parallel and MIPI CSI-2(Mobile Industry Processor Interface Camera Serial Interface 2) compliant interfaces. It is fabricated with the world's most advanced CMOS image sensor process to realize ultra-low dark noise, high sensitivity and very low power imaging system
The CMOS sensor consists of 2608 × 1952 active pixel array in 1/4 inch optical format. It has integrated noise canceling CDS (Correlated Double Sampling) circuits, Programmable analogue global gain and separated R/G/B gain controller, auto black level compensation and on-chip 10-bit ADC
The BF2507 is capable of operating at up to 15 frames per second at 96MHz master clock in OSXGA mode, with complete user control over image quality and data formatting. BF2507 incorporates sophisticated on-chip image processing functions, including Mirror and Flip, windowing and subsample, Test Patterns, Auto Flickers Cancellation, Auto Black Level Calibration (BLC), Lens Shading Correction (LSC), Auto Exposure, Auto White Balance (AWB), Gamma Correction, Auto Focus, Defect Pixel Correction (DPC), De noising, Black Sun Cancellation, Image Downscaling, and so on.

6.1. Photoelectric Sensor6.1.1. Pixel Array StructureThe BF2507 sensor has an image array of 2608columns by 1960 rows (2612x1966=5,143,056 pixels). Figure 3-1 shows a cross-section of the image sensor array
The color filters are arranged in a Bayer pattern. The primary color BG/GR array is arranged in line-alternating fashion. BF2507 has an image active array of 2608columns by 1952 rows (2608x1952=5,090,816 pixels). The other pixels are used for Black Level Calibration and Dummy Pixels.
